[Culprit MacOsX 10.15] (was: change branch abort, case-folding collision)

I found out the source of the problem, contrary to my exspectations
MacOS 10.15 is *NOT* case intensive. It can be made case intensive by
reformating the entire disk. That I cannot effort right now, too risky, so please I am
really struck and idea how to repair that repository?
