Moving from Freenode

The SC has discussed this a bit, but really I don't think you need the SC
to make this decision? If the consensus is everyone wants to chat on LC
instead of freenode, that seems fine and you should feel encouraged to
update/modernize the wiki page to reflect that IMO.
