Development / Production Recommended Workflow?

Heh. Sure, that config file has accreted cruft over the years. Some other
things in that repository are used by other people, but I don't think
anyone's using that hgrc directly and so I don't put much effort in
maintaining it in a publishable state. (In fact, it refers to some local
paths, so it's largely useless as-is.) It was meant here more an as example
of splitting up configuration into public and private pieces.

I have no idea where I got the hggit.usephases setting from. It's still
used in 0.11.0 but was added way back in 2015, in a70c1f6caead.

Feel free to look at the file and copy out whatever is interesting, but
assume that anything in there might be horribly old. I periodically go
through and prune out aliases I'm no longer using (or never ended up
using), but other areas accumulate obsolete junk.
