cannot convert a largefile repository

Hi 

I tried out 

hg lfconvert --to-normal init_files/ init_files_normal


But obtained 


initializing destination init_files_normal
.gnus.registry.eieio-gross: largefile c24cf502b5a2f18e9f8eedeccf4dbff13ab06fdb not available from file:///home/oub/ALLES/HGs/init_files
0 additional largefiles cached
1 largefiles failed to download
abort: all largefiles must be present locally


Any idea how to solve that?
