can not install mercurial in a w10 PC

Hi,

I'm using a w10 PC:

and for installing the mercurial,

I choose the inno setup installer - x64 Windows.

Cliking in the link, a Mercurial-5.9.1-x64-python2.exe file is 
downloaded to the HD. I execute, and sellect all the default options 
during the installation process.

As you propose, in the readme file,

I run a command window, and when typing hg,

What can be happening?
