Is there a way to push/pull hidden changesets?

Then in principle rsync should work as well, however I had repository
corruption sometimes using rsync from SSD to HDD, not sure why.  

Hg bundle is atomic I presume, I am never sure whether rsync is atomic,
I think rather not.
