Release notes Extension

As I move my project to the point I can begin making alpha level releases,
I have decided to start using the releasenotes extension.

While its use is a bit cryptic for beginners, I was able to get it figured
out after some experimenting.

The default sections are a good start. However, I want to add some custom
sections to project.

One section I want to add is for "Deprecated Features".

After looking at the extension source in the hg repository
(gext/releasenotes.py), it looks like custom sections can be added using
.hgreleasenotes file.

I have been experimenting with this with no luck. This is not documented at
all.

Has anyone used this?

I am ready to publish a changeset that I want to use this and am blocked
until
I figure it out.
