ISO Date Format as Default?

Does Mercurial has a setting, preferably in the global .hgrc, similar to
what git allows to format dates:

~/.gitconfig

[log]
date = iso


So I stop seeing this:
Tue Aug 23 10:35:23 2022 +0100

And see this instead:
2022-09-10 17:02 +0100
