some hgrc settings only for some repositories in a certain directory.

Hi

I have around 20 repositories for which I would like all the same
setting in the .hgrc file, but I don't want to put in my .hgrc file in
the home directory and putting it in each hgrc file in the local
repositories is a bit cumbersome.

Any idea how to do that?
