[hgbook ver. 2015] Source?

Hello Raphaël,

thank you for your reply! This helps a lot!
I pushed the content to a repository on sourcehut:
https://hg.sr.ht/~marcuskammer/hgbook2nd.marcuskammer.dev

My first impressions are: There are many docbook dependencies I wasn't
able to build a HTML version. Maybe I can "repair" this repo and setup
a build pipeline, maybe not.
