How to pull obsolete changeset

Hi,

We are using Heptapod with evolve and topics and we have many
contributors that are not very familiar with mercurial. So from time to
time they break the topic of others like "pruning". I know how to
restore it if I have the pruned changeset locally (with the touch
command). But how can I do that if I do not have the obsolete changeset
locally? How can I pull the changeset from the server?
