freeze during push with old versions of HG and scm-manager

Hi Péter,

I can't think of anything obvious, but we can try to debug this together.

  * Can you try intermediate version between 4.1 (who worked) and 4.9,
    so see if we can pinpoint a version where things stopped working ?
  * Can you provide `hg push --debug` output for the working version too ?
  * Do you have any standard or custom extensions enabled ?
  * Which operating system are we talking about for the client and server
  * Can you try with the latest version 6.4.x and report if things are
    working.
  * Do you know which are the underlying version for each version of
    scm-manager that you are using ?
