Mercurial Distribution for macOS arm64

Apple has now converted their entire line to apple silicon. It would be great if the mercurial-scm.org website provided an Hg only distribution (excluding TortoiseHg) that is compatible with macOS arm64 or as a universal macOS install. From my understanding TortoiseHg cannot be released as a universal distribution until a migration to Qt6 occurs. This could provide an interim solution for developers looking to run Hg natively on apple silicon.

Personally I would prefer just Hg anyways since I use Hg either through an IDE or at the command line.
