hg up and phases, surprises

Right, I just wanted to ask. Because I was pushing to a remote repository and that is set to 

publish = True

And I cannot change that.

What I did change was the local setting, but as Georges point out that is not the point.

So the question Arne is, if the remote repository is set to publish, is
it still a bug I observe or not, before sending my recipe.

I thought so for a while, but I came to the conclusion that setting it
to true is for me a better option. Even if I push between local
directories or local machines the public phase provides me some
information I otherwise would not get topics displayed [1]

[1]  (the downside is that topics are then not displayed, and as I asked already I still don't see why the couldnt be optionally displayed (well you can display them via the a template and the {extras.topic} option
