ubuntu 24 (and most likely debian 12) does not allow to install evolve

Thanks, I was hm, impatient and run meanwhile

pip install --break-system-packages --user .

Is it sufficient and save just to remove 
 /home/oub/.local/lib/python3.12/site-packages/hg_evolve-11.1.4.dist-inf
