ubuntu 24 (and most likely debian 12) does not allow to install evolve

I installed python-2.7 and run
sudo update-alternatives --install /usr/bin/python python /usr/bin/local/python2 1
and also
sudo update-alternatives --config python
Well then make local returned
ImportError: No module named thirdparty.concurrent
