web site + this list

1. As far as I can tell, neither the website, mercurial-scm.org, nor
the actual mercurial source have any pointers to this list or to any
community forum except where to send patches. Is that deliberate? It
seems pretty undesirable to me.

2. Also, the website has pages that look like manual pages, but that
are very short on details. Is that deliberate? Again I think it
would be good to make that information available online.

E.g., https://mercurial-scm.org/help/topics/templating has sections
for keywords, filters and functions, but doesn't list what the
available choices are or what they do.

https://mercurial-scm.org/help/commands/log does not list or describe
the available command options. Neither did any of the other commands
I checked.

3. The confirmation mail for this list was put in spam by Google.

4. Originally I subscribed through selenic.com, which appears still to
be there with the same content. And my password for the subscription
at selenic.com worked for my recent changes at mercurial-scm.org. I
guess they are 2 gateways to the same thing, but it's a bit confusing.

Thanks.
